Access for Success is a year-long mentorship program for alumni students from the English Access Micro Scholarship program. The program goal is to engage and nurture leadership and self-confidence in youth from economically and socially disadvantaged communities. Similar to the YLP program, the Access program is a seminar program to develop participants understanding of current social, economic, and political situation of Mongolia. There were seminar lectures given by alumni of American universities and alumni of US State Department programs. The program also involved introductory field trips to premier organizations and student initiated community development projects. The 18 participants attended 26 program sessions and implement 4 community development projects.
