About the program

The Zorig Foundation’s the Sustainable Employment for Youth program aims to increase youth employment and help them find sustainable jobs and income. The admitted applicants of the program will be provided with essential and most commonly used skills for employment in the workplace and real job experience in a short period of time. The program lasts for six months and consists of classroom training, meeting tours, and hands-on internships. The program is open to 20 young adults under the age of 26 who are actively looking for a job, interested in self-development and sustainable employment.


Skills to be acquired before employment
Through training, the program participants will be taught the skills they need to acquire before entering the workplace, such as writing a CV, preparing for a job interview, efficiently managing time, and preparing the documents needed for employment

Skills required in the workplace
In this part of the program, the program participants will acquire skills that are commonly needed in the workplace, such as self-expression, teamwork, presentation, record keeping, processing, participation in decision-making, communication skills, and leadership.

Real work experience
At the end of the program, the participants will be given an opportunity to practice the skills they have learned from the program by getting placed in internships at the organization or company that they want to work at. The program participants can become full-time employees if they are able to obtain high evaluation within the organization or company during their internship.

The program is designed to support young people who have just graduated and are about to start a new job.

  • -If you are a local, but you live in the city, you can submit your application.
  • The training is held twice a week. So it is not possible because the internship organizations are located in the city.

All programs implemented by Zorig Foundation are free of charge.

Graduating students are eligible.

The program is not a job placement service. Instead, the program participants are given the skills they need to get a job, and then they are trained for 3 months in the organization they are interested in.

During the program, the skills required for employment and after employment will be provided through training, as well as internships in the field of study and organization of interest

Eligible participants can fill out the application form online or on paper at the Zorig Foundation office during business hours.

f you qualify for our program, we will offer you a three-month internship at the site, depending on where you want to work. If you are able to prove yourself at your job during these 3 months, you will be able to stay in the organization as a full-time employee. However, It does not necessarily mean that you will get a job guaranteed. Much will depend on your own efforts.

The program provides meals and transportation for participants. In some cases, the internship organization will provide some incentives.
