To empower women, the Merali scholarship program offers various development opportunities for female students in specialized fields. These include networking events to expand personal and professional connections, skills training sessions covering capacity building, leadership, time management, academic responsibility, essay and resume writing, and job interview preparation. Over the four-year duration of the program, participants benefit from exposure to experienced professionals and leaders in their respective fields, learning how to tackle social and personal challenges to foster development and success. This not only amplifies the contribution of female students to society but also provides invaluable knowledge beyond general university curricula.
