Rural Women Changemakers Program
The Rural Women Changemakers Program (RWCP), a two-week accelerated program, aims to empower women aged 22-30 residing and working in rural areas, fostering their self-development and enhancing leadership skills. Participants not only cultivate competencies in leadership, communication, negotiation, media relations, and time management but also gain insights into human rights, gender equality, project management, and environmental issues. Moreover, the program offers a unique opportunity for participants to familiarize themselves with Mongolia's key development sectors, engage with sector leaders, and establish valuable connections. The Zorig Foundation covers accommodation, meals, and transportation to and from Ulaanbaatar throughout the program.
