Being part of the Women's Leadership Program has been an absolute joy. This program distinguishes itself by providing personal development courses and direct learning opportunities from experts who are not only proficient in their fields but also recognized as the best in Mongolia. Additionally, participants challenge themselves through community development projects. This hands-on experience and the collaboration with fellow participants from diverse fields and perspectives was a rare and rewarding opportunity. My experience at the University of Queensland further reinforced the importance of female leadership, shedding light on the universal challenges faced by emerging female leaders. This program has been truly eye-opening and inspiring. I urge everyone not to miss the chance to join this collaborative effort between the Australian Awards Mongolia and the Zorig Foundation, dedicated to fostering leadership development in Mongolia.
